1. Shipping & Delivery

  • What are your shipping rates?

We offer a $4.99 flat rate for all US orders and international shipping starting at $13.00. Plus, enjoy free shipping on any order over $69!

  • When can I expect my package?

Shipping takes 4-8 business days within the USA and 14-21 days for international destinations. Please allow for potential slight delays during exceptionally busy seasons.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship our print-on-demand products worldwide. To ensure safe and fast delivery, we partner with trusted global carriers, including UPS, USPS, DHL, and Yun Express.

  • Missing Order Support

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check your surroundings or contact the carrier. If you still need help locating your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number.

2. Orders & Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and Google Pay. At checkout, simply select your preferred method and you will be securely guided through the payment process.

  • Is it safe to shop online with us?

Absolutely. Your security is our highest priority. We adhere to strict privacy standards and guarantee that your personal data will never be rented, sold, or shared with third parties. Furthermore, all transactions are processed through 100% PCI-DSS compliant secure gateways.

  • How do I change my order details?

You can modify your order details (size, design, address) within the first 24 hours for free. Once this window closes, production begins, and any updates will subject to an extra modification fee. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing costs. 3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return and refund policy?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If the return is due to our mistake—including embroidery or printing defects, incorrect colors, or wrong sizes—we will cover all replacement and shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • How long do I have to return an item?
